Dead Ace's Return and Refund Policy

At Dead Ace, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Photos/Videos of the defective product will help facilitate the request.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products

3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return Request

  • Contact our customer service team at info@deadaceathletics.com to initiate a return request. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

  • Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and any necessary documentation.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Carefully package the item, including all original packaging and accessories, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use, items that are not in their original condition, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Rejected Refunds:

  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email with a detailed explanation. You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team at info@deadaceathletics.com for assistance.

6. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Original Shipping Charges:

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
